Our Payment Policy
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Switch. Posted cheques are accepted with cheque guarantee card details. Crestafurniture.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any sale for reasons of fraud or misappropriation of funds. Crestafurniture.co.uk also uses AVS (address verification system) to prevent credit card fraud. The "ship to" address should be where the credit card holder's address, unless the alternative address is on file with your credit card issuing company.

We can take direct bank account transfers as well as cheques with guarantee card details and goods are dispatched after cheque clearance - email us for details Please phone for any additional order changes. Detailed hard copies will be posted for signature.
Shipping
We ship via AMTRAK or FASTWAY with delivery confirmation. However, should there be a valid reason for it, we reserve the right to choose an alternative method of shipping, and we will notify you of any changes.

we ship Monday's to Friday's only. No deliveries or collections at weekends.

consignment will be held until a response is received we will only ship complete orders, unless otherwise specified
we will contact you immediately, should your orders include an item required from the manufacturer, allowing your choice
of a split delivery, or the holding of your consignment until it is complete.
All shipments are insured. We are not responsible for packages that are lost after delivery, the customer takes responsibility after delivery.
Statutory "Cooling Off Period" and Cancelling Procedure
If you are not satisfied with your component furniture flat pack purchase, you must contact us within seven "cooling off" working days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, or exchange or credit note, by agreement with crestafurniture.co.uk..
Crestafurniture.co.uk will not accept returns without prior authorization:
customers should prominently display their senders address on the shipping lable of boxes containing the returned product,
all returned items must be shipped at the customers expense prepaid in their original cartons, in the same manner as received.
we do not accept returns C.O.D.
all shipping charges are non-refundable.
we reserve the right not to accept refund requests on items if they are not in resaleable condition - without any scratches or other damage, in original unspoiled boxes/packaging.
the customer is solely responsible for shipping and packaging any returned product within first seven working days after delivery, unless wrong goods or defective goods, when they are responsible for packaging safely but not the cost of return carriage. Any goods authorised for return, not being wrong or defective, after seven days are carried at the customer's expense
the customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment
customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer
the customer agrees that if any component of the returned product is missing, this Return Procedure will be breached and will reject the entire return or may choose to impose charges to rectify this
we understand that sometimes after you place an order you may have second thoughts and wish to cancel. Crestafurniture.co.uk is charged by the credit card companies a processing fee. We fully respect our customer's decisions but if you use a credit card, we will reclaim £30.00 or 10%, whichever is the higher to reflect this.
Shortages
The customer must contact by telephone, fax or email, within 48 hours (not including weekends) of shortages. Notifications of shortages after 48 business hours will NOT be honoured. You are expected to check and inspect box condition immediately after you receive it. Keep all labelled boxes for reference purposes, before you contact us for a shortage.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Procedure
If damage has occurred during shipping, the law requires that you should telephone, AND fax,or email or write to us immediately, with the consignment number found on the delivery note. You should be able to quote the box reference number and details of the damage.
It is your responsibility to check your consignment for damage before accepting/signing. If this is not possible, you should note next to your signature, "BOX" or X BOXES DAMAGED". Hold the goods and telephone, fax or email details to Flexashoponline.co.uk.
Warranties and Defects
All goods have warranties through our suppliers or manufacturers. Should claims for replacements be required due to a defect, please contact us by telephone and fax or email. The customer is not responsible for any return shipping charges, to their home of the product replaced, but must send the defective goods back at their expense.
